This is a demonstration session that will include:
Mold prep- how to make sure it comes out!
Material kit prep with emphasis on fiber orientation. How to make it strong!
Vacuum bag layup with multiple ply drops and focused reinforcement. Efficient use of materials!
Session 3: Joining multiple part layups.
-Explanation of different schemes to join multiple parts. There will be some basic mold design theory.
-Material stack assembly with ply drops.
-Joining parts similar to the morning session layups.
