Want to create/modify designs in 2D for CNC equipment or just want to learn how to work in a vector format that can be scaled without blurring?

This class will teach the most common tools you will use in Inkscape, a powerful and open-source vector graphics editing program.

We will focus on the elements critical to working with 2D CNC equipment (Laser cutters, vinyl cutters, etc.) and on projects you will want to be able to easily scale without clarity issues.

We will cover:

-familiarization with inkscape

-converting images to vectors

-tool usage and practice

-shortcut keys (optional)

We will make a logo to accomplish these things, but feel free to ask specific questions you may have on projects you are working on or want to do in the future.

Basic computer skills are needed for this class.

You will need to download Inkscape to be able to follow along. It is free and can be downloaded here:
